when i arrived they said they had no room for me due to plumbing issues and put me into a cheap motel. They did not give any refund. When i requested they said it was my fault for accepting the change (mind you i had travelled all day and arrived at night so felt i had no choice as they said there were no rooms available!! ). The hotel is very pretty but not very sound proof. They are next to a doggy daycare so we woke up to dogs barking every morning.when someone would shut their door, it sounded like our door was opening. The staff are all really nice. The rooms are nicely done. The other issue I had was the parking. I got free parking through Expedia but the hotel charged me for it. I told the staff about it, she took it off. When I got home, they charged me again but more. I called to ask about the charge. She comped me again but not for the whole amount.

I loved my stay here! The staff made everything so easy when it comes to checkin, check out, parking, answering any questions, etc. The restaurant was fantastic along side the happy hour. The coffee was great alongside delicious pastries and breakfast tacos. The pool was nice and relaxing. Even near a busy street, the property remains quiet and calm. This place truly was an incredible stay and I would come back again.
