I waited in line while 2 staff were chatting. I was not acknowledge for several minutes. When I was acknowledged it was by asking do you have a reservation? A greeting would have made me feel welcome. The keys issued did not work, I had to go back to the front to get more keys, those didn't work either. I then had to wait for someone to come open the door for us. Once in the room I was disappointed to only find 2 towels, our reservation was for 4 people. My favorite thing about staying at a Doubletree is the cookies, so I was disappointed to receive burnt ones. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Civilization again! Bellhops for the luggage!

They have bellhops still! So civilized and helpful. Entire staff was pleasant and helpful, room very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
