They overbooked my handicap room. They would not honor my reservation. They only had non handicap rooms available. I drove 11 1/2 hours to be told that they overbooked and did not have my reserved handicap room. I’m am sure that this is a blatant violation of the American Disability Rights Act.

The biggest complaint was the pool was gross. There was a film on top of the water. There was clumps of hair visible in the pool. There looked to be mold on the sides of the pool. It was just yucky looking.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t like the fact that the room that I stayed in was next to the Fitness Center. The noise from Fitness Center was very disturbing to my stay.
