We got a corner room on the 4th floor, it was perfect as we were travening with a baby. House keeping came in the morning. I did request that upon check in as some reviews said you had to. The breakfast was good, just get there

I didn’t like anything about my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn, BWI Airport The property made me wait over an hour in the lobby for my room. I booked a handicapped room, with a king bed, i got a room with two fulls, and not handicapped. After more waiting, i was offered a bottle of ice tea. The host did not seem to like the fact that i used Expedia for my stay, thus they treated me rather poorly. The next room i was in was a king room with a king bed, with no box spring. It was some kind of low platform bed. Not very good for a guy who had knee replacement. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Do not stay at this hotel. Trashy facility, out dated, our shower wouldn’t drain and there was mold on the ceiling. They put us in a room upstairs and the shower valve was falling out of the wall. Andrew was the only person that helped us out during our stay and try and accommodate us/make our experience pleasurable. I did have to text him since if you call the front desk they just don’t answer the phone. Stay anywhere else

The property had decent accommodations. I stayed over the weekend, so i was unware that i had to request new towels and suppy replacement such as coffee pods and trash removal. The person at the front desk explained the site policy on the final day of my stay.
