There was only 1 server,, there was an issue with each of the 4 items we ordered, we moved tables 3X —- all were sticky and had visible crumbs on table / chairs. In addition they DIDN’t even have any bottled water. Bedding is old, itchy and worn out

I didn’t stay at this location because their pool was not working. This caused me to have to find another location that had a pool available. It would have been nice to know that the pool was not working before going to the location. Maybe their should be a pop up with that kind of information.

A verbal request made over the phone is not honored or does not hold any value. We were traveling with our German Shepherd and had informed the front desk (male representative) one week in advance to reserve a room on the ground floor. Although acknowledged over the phone (without a professional tone) and was never noted on our itinerary, upon arrival, there was no king-sized bedroom available for our stay. We were subsequently required to adjust to bedroom with two small bed instead. Fortunately, the front desk lady understood our situation and assisted us in finding at least one room for a two-night stay.
