There was no way for me to get a free hotel shuttle from BWI airport to this Holiday Inn hotel. I was grateful for the shuttle from the hotel to the BWI airport when I was leaving. How does anyone get a shuttle from BWI to this hotel? There was no phone number of the hotel listed on the Orbitz website.

The hotel was not as advertised. It was extremely run down. It had a very strange smell. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking off my shoes with the carpet. There were holes in the ceilings in the hallways. There was confrontation with customers when we walked in. The hotel was very run down!
