I would like to complain about cold water !!!! Especially after boys came back to the hotel after all day spend on the windy, cold weather while playing soccer tournament down there . Also around 4 Am we had a false fire alarm everyone went outside and after they told us it’s a false alarm they couldn’t turn off the fire noise for a longggggggg time . Ridiculous!

It took forever to check-in because there were five families checking in and there was only one person manning the desk. There was no parking available in the hotel parking lot. Our bathroom door lock was broken. The fire alarm went off at 4am (it was a false alarm) and didn't stop for over an hour. We got absolutely no sleep and will never stay at this hotel again.

stayed at the hotel for a sporting event. At check in I was presented with a code of conduct for my child. I assured the front desk that there would be no problem with my child/team. Front desk forced me to sign it or I couldn’t stay. I called a week before to request late checkout and day of check in i was told no. After that was great until later on in the day. key card kept failing,I had to make several trips to the front desk for new ones. Later that day I went to make a tea in the common area where tea and coffee was provided and there was no hot water. I asked the front desk if the hot water can be refilled and I was told that they don’t have any hot water for the tea and that I can do it in my room. In my room the bathroom door did not lock, the lock kept jamming, I had to slam the door for it to shut. At night my son took a shower , I went after him and I had cold water. Called front desk, no answer. At 4:30am fire alarm went off so everyone went outside. Went to front lobby. Front desk said that it is a false alarm and to go back to their rooms. The alarm kept ringing for over an hour. My son had an early game so we went back downstairs to ask when the alarm would be shut off. We were told that the fire dept is coming. We went to sleep in our car. I heard the front desk say that this happened last week and was not fixed. At checkout I told them about no hot waster and I was told that there were many people staying there and that’s why we had no hot water.

Ok!

To check me in, it took the receptionist over 15 minutes with no explanation why! When I got to my room it was under plumbing service. No other king bed room was available, I was given a two queen just above the kitchen, smelling sausages in the morning wasn’t my best morning! Accessing wifi wasn’t explained that the last name and room number option does not work. Room phone was down, I was told it may take few days to repair. Breakfast was good for an express hotel. Room and facilities are clean
