Plus: Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed, and I loved the bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Negative: The mattress on the bed was a little too hard for me and I did not sleep well.

when I book this hotel room.I requested to set up the sofa bed and when we get there.They said they don't set sofa bed.so we got extra pillow and blankets to set up ourselves.When we took out the top. it has a lot of molds spots we have to spray some alcohol and put a lot of layers sheets .so disgusting and the second day we can not open our door with the key card.I wouldn't book this again

The room was nice and clean. The drain plug for the tub was detached and in the middle of the tub on arrival (Possibly broken?) We went for a swim on Saturday night and there were no towels. When we asked the front desk, we were told that housekeeping had gone home so they couldn't be replaced or replenished.

The hotel is clean and quiet for the most part, not surrounded by a lot of activity. The only issue I had was the fact that you could hear doors slamming and kids running in the halls very easily. The breakfast had a decent variety. Overall my stay was a good one.
