No breakfast in the hotel. Poor valet service they had to call the other hotel for their valet service, and they charge more if you don’t pay attention to it. No microwave in the room. No “do not disturb” sign. Good staff understanding manager.

The hotel was perfect for my short stay in Baltimore. Close to everything, with public transportation steps away. It was clean, accessible, and had a nice new restaurant in the lobby. I felt safe and my room had a great bed, television and huge mirror. The employees were friendly and helpful as well

The staff. The number one reason we choose to stay there every year is for the staff. Every time there are different people but they are ALWAYS the best staff. Front desk girls were amazing. Jackie and the girl who worked today 2/1/2026 wearing the cute fur coat. They both should get big shout outs. THEIR HOSPITALITY WAS SOOOOO OVER THE TOP!! I will tell you we had very cold showers. The water did not get more than luke warm

Upon arrival, we needed to double park because there was no parking available near the hotel. We were planning to do valet, but they were nowhere to be found. Waited in line for about 10 minutes to be checked in. Valet was back by then but was so backed up that our car was still double parked when we came down from our room later. The TV in our room wasn't connecting to any streaming services and regular channels were glitchy. Hotel couldn't fix it because maintenance had left for the day. When it came time to check out, valet was again nowhere to be found. We waited near the cold front doors looking for him, along with several other guests. After 30 minutes, the hotel manager told us that she had tried to call the valet person 5-6 times and they weren't answering their phone. This was all at check-out time when they know folks are leaving and trying to catch flights/get home. I have tried calling the supervisor (Tim H) at the valet company to request a refund, but have not received a response. While I understand this is a subcontractor, I would not stay in this hotel again as this is is unacceptable given the amount of money spent.
