Had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The ambiance is vibrant and full of energy, with fantastic music and iconic memorabilia creating a truly unique atmosphere. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night. There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and one of the best parts is the direct access to the water park right next door — super convenient and fun for kids. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I was pleasantly surprised when they added an extra bed to our king room without me even asking and at no additional charge. It really showed how thoughtful they are and how much they value their guests. Highly appreciate the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend to stay here!
