"We had 2 stays at the resort couple of days apart. 1st stay was not great. 2nd stay better. In a better upgraded unit . The extra cost made that possible. Staff was relatively helpful. Place was clean. No wow about the place. But good for a base to explore Banff and surrounding areas."
