Lovely hotel and great location. The beds were divine, can I ask which mattress brand the hotel uses because the whole family slept so well each night. The rooms are cleand and spacious, we had a family suite with separate room for the kids, which was excellent. The food quality can improve to match the standard of the rooms I feel, though a good breakfast spread. Overall we were quite happy with choosing Carlton.

This hotel checks all boxes Clean, great service, proffesional staff, many options for breakfast, good location, good value for money. Its's 5 stars, but more of a business-5-stars rather than luxury-5-stars, but it had all we needed.
