The room is spacious and clean however there’s a weird smell in the room after 1 night stayed. The odour smell liked drainage blockage quite stink. Hope the hotel management will look into it. Overall is a nice hotel

This is the 2nd time, we stayed here. This time the rooms were revamp. It’s much cleaner and look much better. Definitely our 1st choice to stay in BKK if we are here.

Pros: amazing property, the rooms we stayed in were renovated with modern design. The bathroom was huge and had a Japanese style toilet which was nice. We didn't use the pool nor their breakfast, so can't comment. Close to Pratunum and Platinum shopping mall. Cons: Theres construction for a new metro on the main road, this can lead to crazy traffic. We once we stuck in a taxi and decided to talk instead.

Hotel reception is rude n arrogant. Families with young kids pls check rates before booking. When ask for additional umbrella they say no. Even when we offer to buy from them. At the end one of us is wet n have to go to shopping mall to buy. Will not book with them again. For the rates they charge me at the end. I can easily get a 5 star hotel near them with extremely good services which I stay b4.

We booked the Presidential Suite (Room 3005) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 nights, but upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the suite only had 1 bathroom. With 4 ladies staying together, sharing just one bathroom was highly inconvenient. When we raised this issue with the reception, they offered to change our booking to 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms—which we accepted—but they made us sign a letter confirming there will not be any refund for this arrangement. While we appreciated the room change, the lack of flexibility on their part left a bad impression. It felt like they were more concerned about securing their revenue than ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. To make matters worse, on the second night, we were informed that we had to move again on the third day because the rooms we were assigned (2608, 2609) were scheduled for renovations. This was completely unacceptable. They should have properly checked room availability before reassigning us. After a lot of back and forth, we managed to get them to postpone the renovations until after our checkout, but this entire situation could have been avoided with better planning. Overall, the hotel failed in service recovery—they provided incorrect information on Expedia, did not take full accountability for their mistake, and seemed more focused on protecting themselves from refunds rather than rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

came back from shopping at 10pm and found out the room has been cleaned but did not replaced soiled floor mat/ face towel/bathrobe…called room service…no one picked up the call…call front desk twice say will deliver but never come..next day morning tell to front desk…she called room service but when we back to the room…still not fully replaced…service was damn lousy and unfriendly front desk…but bellhop is very good and friendly

The hotel was located near a couple of large shopping centers. The rooms were oddly very large and the windows did not keep out the noise from the city below. The Breakfast was one of the best with a large selection to choose from.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location is close to dining options and a stone throw away to Platinum mall. It has a shuttle service to major malls. However, the lifts are very slow to cater for such a big hotel and on the last day the cleaning staff forgot to replace our towels and body wash.
