Ebookers are useless and miss-advertise, so be careful, and not much better at the hotel. We booked a family room, this was to cover 2 adults and 3 children, we paid ebookers accordingly. Upon arrival we checked in (which took a LONG time) and we were hit with additional charges. They advised they could could only cater for 4 people, although ebookers charged us for the family. Not only that, the additional charge for the 5th person was horrendous!! I contacted ebookers numerous times who ignored all our contact and provided no assistance - why would they, they took our money so did not care. We ended up using the sofa as an extra bed laying out cushions even though greatly overcharged. Staff were not great either, they equally did not care so I am assuming they must work for ebookers also? They constantly tried to sell you something in the hotel, if you said no you were later ignored, just poor overall. I have been visiting Thailand for over 10 years now, but never had anything like this. Avoid.

Ideal location lovely hotel

Pros: Location, swimming pool, comfort.
Cons: Quieter air conditioning system
Location: Plenty of shopping malls, restaurants and metro close by.
Close to the metro and within walking distance of Siam Square. Staff friendly but language barriers. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Meidän piti olla aluksi kahdeksan yötä hotellissa. Onneksi suunnitelmamme muuttuivat ja olimme vain kolme yötä. Hotelli oli vanha ja nuhjuinen, kaipaa remonttia. Aamupalaa en suosittele ottamaan, jätimme sen itse väliin viimeisenä aamuna. Kylmässä säilytettävät ruuat ovat lämpimässä ja kinkut ja juustot kuivuneita, voikuutiot kelluvat veden seassa. Uloskirjautuminen oli hidasta, kun henkilökunta käy tarkastamassa huoneen ennen kuin saa lähteä. Allasalue perussiisti, baarista voi tilata juomaa altaalle. Tosin sain väärän juoman, josta veloitettiin liikaa ja juoma tuli alkoholittomana, vaikka tilasin mojiton. Aurinko paistaa aamuisin noin kahteentoista altaalle ja iltapäivällä taas uudelleen. Sviitissä sänky oli ihanan leveä. Kuntosali oli hyvä. Wifi oli todella huono, se toimi ensimmäisenä iltana, muina ei, pätki jatkuvasti ja piti käyttää omaa mobiilidataa. En menisi toista kertaa tähän hotelliin.

Muuten ihan ok mutta olimme 6 henkilöä mutta vain 5 sänkyä. Ja hotelli väitti että kuudennesta sängystä pitää maksaa erikseen vaikka olin ebookersin kautta varmistanut epostin välityksellä ennen matkaa et sänkyjä on jokaiselle

Heureusement que nous avons payé le prix promo et non l'original, car cet hotel ne merite pas vraiment que l'on s'y arrête. L'air conditionné ne fonctionne pas bien, la chambre sent soit la cigarette, soit le renfermé, mais ce n'est pas très agréable. Le lit était tout de même comfortable, la salle de bain bien équipée. Le personnel est agréable au check-in et check-out, sinon, vous êtes transparents lorsque vous pasez devant la réception. La situation est néamoins très bonne.

Stadthotel in zentraler, aber relativ ruhiger Lage

Pros: Lage, Schwimmbad, Frühstück
Cons: ruhigere Atmosphäre beim Frühstück, d. h. keine Metallstühle; beim Frühstücksbuffet sollte auf die Buffetwärmer mehr geachtet werden,
Einkaufswarenhäuser zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (Skytrain nur 100 m entfernt, Busse)
