Checked in at about 6.30pm and advised our luggage would be brought to the room. Waited until about 7.00pm and no sign of it so went out to dinner. On returning to the hotel at about 11.00pm we found our luggage just left abandoned in the main lobby entrance to the hotel. No one had bothered to take it to our room and so we did it ourselves. Also had an issue with the tuk tuk shuttle. Stood outside the 7/11 as per instructions and from where we had previously and following this incident, been picked up no issues, only to see the shuttle just drive past empty and not stop. Really not happy as we had already been waiting ten minutes and then had to wait a further twenty minutes for the next one. Very disappointed with our staY at the hotel this time. We stayed there last year and had a fantastic experience hence booking to stay again. I would look elsewhere now though on our next trip to Bangkok as it really wasn’t a five star experience for many reasons.
