Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a very nice birthday basket of goodies for my husbands birthday with only giving them a couple hours notice. All the amenities were very nice and with the hotel being right off a BTS stop it’s very convenient and easy to get around Bangkok by rail.

Erste Adresse für ein Super Frühstück Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren freundlich und ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und kompetent, wenn es galt ein Problem zu lösen. Sehr positiv. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der BTS Phra Khanong. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und es wird für alle Geschmacksrichtungen etwas angeboten. Ich habe bei meinen vielen Reisen in dieser Preiskategorie noch nie ein so reichhaltiges Früchtebuffet wie im Jasmine Resort gesehen. Da hat das Hotel ein ganz grosses Kompliment verdient. Das Badezimmer (Zimmer 8008) sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es war zwar sauber aber die Dusche und die Badewanne (ohne Duschvorhang) war nicht benutzerfreundlich. Ich konnte von einer Aktion profitieren und das Zimmer günstig buchen. Der Normalpreis ist überteuert und da gibt es in Bangkok modernere Hotels mit gleichwertigem Angebot.

I tripped over a very small step opposite the Jass Bar sustaining quite a lot of serious bruising. This should be fixed. Staff all very caring and helpful. It was dark and I was rushing but it should be levelled out.
