The hotel is beautiful the decor throughout is very nice. The staff are very helpful and approachable. We stayed in a studio apartment with everything we could possibly need and extra. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you to many destinations and they are very frequent. Cinemas, stores and resteraunts around the hotel. There is quite a bit of construction going on in the area as its a very new and up and coming area but there was no noise issues at all.

Hotel eigentlich schön / gut Lage und sauber / Service im Hotel schlecht / wir bekahmen trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage keine zusätzliche Decke ins Zimmer / wir kahmen um 11pm im Hotel an / es gab für uns kein Mineral oder Bier mehr obwohl wir bezahlt hätten und Personal da war; auf den Zimmern keine Minibar / Essen unterirdisch schlecht - ich glaube die Küche hat ihr eigenes Frühstück noch nie probiert und glauben sie mir, ich bin wirklich nicht heikel aber das war ekelhaft / Reception Mitarbeitende freundlich - Serviceangestellt sehr unfreundlich. Preis Leistung ist okay - würde aber nie mehr dort hin gehen

Hello Christian,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I do wish you had raised these issues while here with us so we could have resolved as much as possible for you.I am very sorry to hear you did not receive your extra blanket as requested. In so far as possible we always endeavour to satisfy such requests and it is very unusual that this was not done for you. Each apartment of course has a duvet and a second blanket as standard, but I do apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and discomfort of not having a third blanket made available to you. With regards to the mini-bar, I must explain that as we are not a hotel we do not provide a mini-bar. Rather we provide a private apartment space with a full size fridge that our guests may stock as they wish from local stores. I do apologise if this was not made clear to you when booking or upon arrival and I could understand why you may have felt confused.I do hope that overall you enjoyed your time in Dublin and that these issues did not take away from your holiday.
