Beautiful hotel. Excellent location. Staff is very friendly. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. The morning breakfast was excellent with so many options. The pool was great.

The room was spotless, lovely white sheets on the bed and included everything you needed, toiletries, kettle, even an umbrella. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location excellent with taxis just outside. Lots of eating places nearby. China town a must 10 mins walk. First time to Bangkok and loved it but was ready to move on after 3 days.

I couldn’t fault the reception staff who were helpful and considerate Shout out to the housekeeping for my room cleanliness I will most certainly stay at the Mandarin again The only issue I had was with the hotel WiFi which had to be manually installed every I used my Apple devices
