Staff was so kind and friendly. I traveled with an elderly. They always showed their kindness and went beyond their expectations to help me with my elderly accommodations. I appreciate the “luggage” team who offered to help me wheel my elderly from the entrance to the room. Buffet breakfasts had various items and different food everyday. The location was convenient for travel to the attractions. I only used the Grab car and taxi because of the elderly. It was hard to catch a Grab car in Chinatown bcz of traffic. On the last day, one of the taxi drivers offered to drive us around for the whole 8 hours for 1500 B. That was lovely!
