On arrival the car park attendant helped us to park in the private car park The reception and bell staff were always very friendly I liked the there being several security guys hanging around the front all night watching people coming and going Our additional requests were carried out efficiently The maid was very friendly and did a nice job in our room every day Importantly, it was very near the restaurants and coffee bars on Soi 8 and Sukhumvit We will certainly stay here again when we visit this part of town Thanks, guys

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in. We informed the staff about the incident upon the check out.

Older hotel but nice big rooms. Adequate kitchen, however refrigerator is actually a mini fridge. No tray to make ice. Washer/dryer to use, nice as we needed to do laundry every other day. Gym, swimming pool and sauna. Location great. Close to everything.

Overall good stay. Big rooms and was told I received an upgrade which was nice. Staff were friendly. I used the gym a couple of times and the pool looked nice too. Only thing that was annoying was the bathtub set up. After a shower, a lot of water drips onto the floor, like up to half a litre! Explained to staff and was told that it was normal and most rooms are like that. They sent staff up to help with the issue but it seems to me that this is a known hazard and should be fixed asap. Stopped me giving 5 stars.
