Very friendly and service minded staff. Nice breakfast and pizza by the pool. A little bit too firm beds for me but clean. I would recommend this hotel!

Very dirty, very noisy, not deserved to be 5 star . All rooms furnitures are very very old style. Lobby carpet is smelling . Bath Shower is too low and shower curtains got mould.. Only staff is polite and helpful. I wish i can give more negative reviews. Any one planning to come in this hotel please think twice.

There was construction work going on the hallway of the floor we stayed. From 10 am to 7 pm, it was so loud that we could barely hear the tv. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew it. Also, the drain in shower was blocked with bunch of blond hairs so we had to clean it regularly during our stay.

Not worth the money at all, spent way too much money for the AC to continuously go out. I talked to the front desk 4 times to get a new phone in the room and it never worked. Very unhappy sadly.

Disappointing! Lobby, pool etc all excellent but room was poor. Stayed in a 3 bed family suit. To say it was dated and showing wear n tear in an understatement. Random pair of old swimmers on the balcony. Door handkes not working. Also, aircon units are all ridiculously noisey - although the ones in the bedrooms didn't actually work anyway! Stayed here a few years ago but don't think we will be again.

A great hotel

Breakfast was great, a ton of choice. The bed was really comfy. The room was huge and the staff were friendly. Our only quarm was that the big pool is closed for months (didn't advertise that anywhere when booking). And there was so many people for the little alternative pool. Other than that, we have zero complaints. It's a lovely hotel.

Good

Good hotel overall, very large hotel, very nice view from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the cockroaches in the bathroom, so the recommendation is to always have the light on in the bathroom so they don't come. ( That’s what we had to do). if you have the toilet turned off for a longer time, for example at night, they come out.

Awesome building and breakfast. Literally a marketplace in the base of the building. Very cool spot. Awesome staff. Building is massive by the way. Gym was incredible. Woke up every night in the middle of the night because the AC would need defrosted every night for about an hour to work again. Epic pool on roof was closed but there’s a second nice pool. Sauna was closed. Keys continually deactivated in pocket dozen of times or so. Would stay here again for sure despite the flaws.
