Large Hotel complex. Almost seems impossible to manage or keep on top of. So many different little things that just weren't at a good standard. Dated and faded furnishings in room. Blackout blinds didnt extend to the ends of the toom which bled alot of light. Housekeeping didnt provide us with toilet paper and we ran out. There wasnt enough food one day but no urgency seemed to be taken to catch up and the next day the food was cold. Taxi prices are inflated from regular taxis and no assistance in getting a normal taxi. Tours werent informed with the palace trip scheduled for a day it wasnt open. Other tour we were taken to went to the most expensive tourist traps and not helping me navigate what i should be paying or what options are available to me to do see what we want to. There is more but in so many ways the experience wasnt centred around the customer and i never got the feeling that someone was looking out for my interests. That feeling should be evident in every part of the experience but it was sadly lacking in all of it. Therefore it isnt any one staff members fault but something that sits with the management. I hope they are able to review their core purpose and fundamentally change their operation to focus on their guests experience but i wouldn't return.

Would never stay at this hotel ever again. I paid for three nights, but check out the same day I check in. The staff place my wife and I at tower C. I swear no one was in that tower. It was quite and looks creepy. The room is outdated. When I turn on the bath water, the iron rust came out of the water. If I could give this place a -1 I would.

It is an amazingly beautiful hotel. It is currently being renovated. We were on the floor just above the renovation and it was barely noticeable. The buffet breakfast is absolutely worth the value. There is a fun little morning market at the base of the hotel.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the market area. Water taxi almost right outside. Very short ride to koh san road and chinatown. Two decent sized pools. The hotel itself is huge with about 4 different towers. Dont use their taxi service its an absolute rip off and the taxi staff are rude. Go to the street and hail one...eg. hotel taxi 1500 baht to airport, street taxi 400 including the tolls.

Hotel is average.. a bit dated. We stay twice in this hotel once at start of our holiday and once coming back. Room are nice but dated.. hotel itself looks nice.. A lot shopping areas around. End of our stay we did find some small cockroaches in our room. Staffs are very friendly..
