It was really near the Belfast Bus Station but the road connecting both is been improved so we have to go round. Hotel was clear and most of the staff were really helpful & friendly. It is accessible and near amenities. 10 minutes walk to the shopping district. Will stay again.

Modern hotel, excellent central location -easy walk to city centre, or opposite direction to University area. Not luxury but very good standard good vfm. Spacious rooms, very comfy bed, selection of pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful.

As always Holiday Inn stay was great. Location was 10 minutes walk up a main road to the city center. Some brilliant pubs on that road to especially The Crown, a must go too! Hotel room was clean, good size. All the hotel staff were so helpful and polite , a credit to the hotel management and IHG. Loved Belfast , warm welcome from the locals in Kelly’s Cellars another must do if in town. Plenty to do but do the tours especially the Giants Causeway Overall great stay and beer prices very competitive

This hotel is extremely well maintained. Everything was clean at all times of the day. The staff were pleasant, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. My room was spotless and spacious, and the shower was fantastic. The location is great and I felt very safe throughout my stay. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay for a long weekend. Great location for walking around Belfast and picking up public transport. Good size room and lovely rainfall shower. Shame the breakfast is so expensive but otherwise great.

Friendly staff, very clean room, dining facilities convenient and good choice of food. TV didn't work in our room but you don't go away to watch TV! Ryan offered to move us to another room but we were happy to remain where we were. Area around the hotel is undergoing a good deal of positive renovation but don't let that stop you from staying there. They also offer a safe place to store your luggage after you check out so you dont have to carry everything around when you check out. This is a free service. All in all a relaxing stay.
