Terminal 21 500 m turn right when leaving hotel.Soi cowboy same way . Massage places pretty much next door a maxi mart and 7/11 a few mins away. Bathroom in the room a fast filler and great size Fantastic city views and great staff Nice lobby bar And Kwan front desk Nina .a few names rememberd.

Staff is attentive and welcoming, concierge staff is helpful and friendly. Lobby is large, well appointed, nice place to relax away from the room and meet vendors, Restaurants are good, especially Brewski on the rooftop. Great area, with many places to eat and shop.

We had a power outage on the 13 th August so ended up spending the day out. Hotel promised to compensate by giving us free breakfast for subsequent stay of 28-30 but they denied promising us the same. This is poor customer service.

Great front staff and housekeeping. Went to the lobby lounge for 2 hours and never got served by the ladies working. Also, some Chinese wannabe influencers went behind the bar and started taking pics of themselves pretending to work. Picked up glasses and alcohol without being questioned by the staff not serving me. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in a hotel. It's a great hotel and I would stay here again, just not the lobby lounge.
