Overall, my stay was not the best. I purchased a room with a hot tub on the balcony which required a “private check-in” on a floor other than the lobby. This hyped up the room for me. However, when I got to the room, I was immediately disappointed. The room smelled like mold, the walls were dirty, the floor had not been vacuumed or swept, and the bedding was not fresh. I am happy it was only for one night.

The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent. Mezzanine floor restaurant and staff did not seem that interested. Property needs a facelift for the price they charge. Felt dated and old. They get the business and it’s like a factory churning out guests so I guess there is no time for remodeling. Location is in the hustle and bustle and getting to sights costs time and money.

The reception staff are beyond excellent dealing with a non-stop flow of guests. They are efficient and handle guests in an orderly fashion. Housekeeping is also excellent. However the staff and food at the restaurant on the Mezzanine level were a let down. The cheese cake was frozen and the food was pretty ordinary and staff were not that interested. Perhaps we went at the wrong time. The hotel overall is average in terms the facilities and building. It can do with a bit of upkeep. Overall it’s okay and comfortable enough. Good location in the heart of hustle and bustle. We were a family of four.

Breakfast is excellent lot of variety and fresh. The Room is good, the only problem is the carpet that needs to be changed if people have a problem with Asma. And another problem the clients need to know before they book is about the money they are asking to leave it with them, and they give it back to you when you leave. We pay for the room we book in advance. That supplement is not explained
