The receptionists were not so welcoming during check in , barely gives you any information about the hotel even not the breakfast times ( they just want to finish ) ! Not to mention the restaurant staff during breakfast, they lack communication skills and do not have the Thai smile that we get to see in another facilities in this beautiful country! Of course the check out behavior is totally different to get the good reviews! I would say its good value for money but nothing special about it
