I stayed at this hotel in 2022 and recently revisited. The condition is still the same. The room is decent and fine for a short stay, but the bathroom is inconvenient since there’s no proper shower area, only a bathtub. The staff seemed uptight and not very welcoming and the night manager in particular came across as unfriendly. The hotel does provide a money exchange service, but the rates are far below the normal market rate, which feels exploitative for tourists who urgently need local currency. One good thing is that since our flight was early, the staff helped arrange to pack the breakfast, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, it works for a short stay, but improvements in staff hospitality, bathroom facilities and fairer exchange rates would make the experience much better.

The staff were warm, friendly, and great to talk to. The morning buffet was incredible, some of the best food I’ve ever had, with plenty of variety to choose from. My husband and I stayed at The Four Wings Hotel for 5 nights. We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We workout regularly, so the gym was an added bonus, as was the sauna and large swimming pool. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk to Sukhumvit rd. OR you can take a moto taxi or grab bike if you need to get to the main road in a flash. Plenty of massage, dining, and shopping options in the area-including the luxurious EmQuartier Mall, and EmSphere with an Ikea for more budget minded diners. Would definitely recommend The Four Wings, and we’ll likely be back another time! Khap khun ka 🙏
