Terrible service and attitude by shuttle driver

The hotel premises were decent and the room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the room itself other than the bed being a little uncomfortable. However, I had an extremely negative interaction with the airport shuttle driver. I had specifically booked this hotel due to the convenience of being able to take a shuttle to catch an early morning flight. My flight was at terminal T2 of the Barcelona airport however when we stopped at terminal T1, I was yelled at to get out with the rest of the passengers. The driver of the shuttle attempted to force me out and became combative when I told him my flight was at terminal T2. He made some disparaging remarks about me needing to take a Vueling (discount carrier) flight and told me to take a cab instead as he was returning to the hotel. I asked him to call hotel management and he lied saying he didn’t know how to reach them. Eventually after a few minutes of arguing he agreed to take me to my terminal while driving in a very unsafe manner (running over speed bumps and taking sharp turns at full speed) while cursing in Spanish.

Hidden gem

Beautiful hotel close to the airport with a very convenient shuttle service. Fantastic service in the hotel with many bars restaurants and lounge areas. Very spacious and comfortable room. Great place to stay for a day or 2 before flights out of Barcelona. You dont have to leave the hotel

Restaurant was spot on

Airport shuttle was fine, make sure to sign up at check in. Room was a little worn but very clean and had all the necessary comforts. Must give a 5 to the Restaurant. I had 2 meals there, great quality for price, I don't really like salads but had the Mediterranean, ate every bite! Salmon was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed the pacing and attention in the Restaurant. There didn't really seem to be a lot of restaurants nearby and I was there for one night before flying out.
