Very spacious and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean. And the gym was also pretty big and well equipped. The only thing I didn’t like was the Breakfast salone…it was too crowded and the room was too small for such big hotel with this many guests. And serving the coffee and tea from only two machines was really tiring / annoying.

The hotel staff are excellent, the hotel is in easy walking distance to Malaga centre. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The bathroom needs attention, no good having a glass surface around the basin with the supports very rusty

Power outage, helpful staff

We stayed at the hotel during the strangest of days: the power outage in Spain. From our arrival the staff were very helpful during a very unusual situation! We had to ask to change rooms to a lower floor to accommodate one of our party with mobility issues after the elevators stopped working and they were so helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent and location is very good. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but for one night was fine. Thank you again for all of your help!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent staff and lovely location. Big comfy clean rooms and just five minutes walk to the train station. Luggage storage after checkout available. Excellent spa facilities however steam room wasn't working when we visited. Would definitely stay here again.
