Check-in war nicht vor 14.00 Uhr möglich leider. Der Haartrockner im Zimmer war sehr alt und hatte fast keine Leistung. Das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren super.

Wir führen eine umfassende Inspektion aller Haartrockner durch, um sicherzustellen, dass sie alle den erforderlichen Standards entsprechen.Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig fertig war. Wir sind bestrebt, alle 100+ Zimmer vor Ablauf der Frist um 14:00 Uhr vollständig zu reinigen und auf höchstem Niveau zu desinfizieren. Diesmal war uns dies jedoch offenbar nicht gelungen. Ich habe dies für Ihre zukünftigen Aufenthalte vorgemerkt.Wir freuen uns, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt insgesamt genossen haben und hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen.Mit freundlichen Grüssen
