Liebe Milena, Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung unseres Hotels.Alle unsere Haartrockner sind weniger als 4 Jahre alt und die meisten wurden kaum benutzt. Wir führen eine umfassende Inspektion aller Haartrockner durch, um sicherzustellen, dass sie alle den erforderlichen Standards entsprechen.Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig fertig war. Wir sind bestrebt, alle 100+ Zimmer vor Ablauf der Frist um 14:00 Uhr vollständig zu reinigen und auf höchstem Niveau zu desinfizieren. Diesmal war uns dies jedoch offenbar nicht gelungen.
