Check-in was good. I’ve worked in Housekeeping for 18 years. I know what to look for. We paid $645.86 for 2 nights. The sheets were dirty the floor was dirty. Not swept or mopped. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out or wiped clean. I asked front desk to have housekeeping to sweep and mop the floors in the room Saturday morning. We left came back, to the hotel room we’re I personally put a broken rubber band on the floor, to see if they would do what I requested Friday night. The rubber band was still sitting on the floor were I left it. I did get clean sheets

Parking was good and easy access to fast food (if that's what you eat; for I do not). The bathroom vent made too much noise, our iron was very poor quality, and the board, was very small. The AC needed some type of adjustment ( too cold & hot at times). More breakfast (fresh) was needed! The money I spent for 2 nights wasn't worth it; but we needed to be close in the area for Southern Homecoming! I don't understand why hotels raise their prices for events!! I'll most likely not stay there again !

This property is usually me and my family go to when we visit.but the cleanliness is horrible the last 2 times we had pubic hair in our towel and dirty sheets with brown long hair under the covers and pillows .be careful they are not very clean here and they need to inspect the towel before throwing them in the washer not all towels can be washed

This property was okay. The parking lot has surveillance & the staff was nice. The beds were uncomfortable and I broke out in hives, maybe from the cleaning agent or something else. Nonetheless, the stay was okay and the breakfast was decent.

Excellent stay! I will definitely be back.

I was a little nervous checking in because of such a reasonable price of the hotel. All the other hotels were very expensive due to it being college football season. This hotel was very nice. It smells great when you walk into the building. The room was clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here again in the future because this hotel is nicer than others that I’ve stayed in here in BR.
