Great staff. Good breakfast. The bedroom furniture and decoration are not very modern. The bathroom door did not work properly. Some rooms are very noisy during most of the night because of the busy road in front of the hotel, but other rooms are OK.

Hotel precisa de reforma. Quarto com parede suja e moveis deteriorados. O cheiro do banheiro não estava agradável, me pareceu vindo do ralo. Fiquei no quarto dos fundos e tem uma fábrica que faz bastante barulho, o que incomodou pois a porta não tem isolamento acústico. O café da manhã é bom e o quarto estava limpo.

A equipe foi excelente e o café da manhã também é muito bom… Porém o quarto que fiquei estava faltando uma parte do box, com isso molhava todo o banheiro, não há tomadas na cabeceira da cama para carregar celular, a privada hora não funcionava a descarga, o spliter do ar condicionado fazia uma barulho de lata batendo que atrapalha muito a dormir, as luzes dos quartos e dos corredores são muito fracas.

Tava tudo legal, o problema foram dois: no café da manhã, a partir das 9h já não recolheram nada no salão. Eu cheguei depois disso, e tinha bastante mesa vazia, uns 30 lugares, mas só dois desses lugares estavam minimamente limpos, e eram em uma mesa de 6 lugares onde parece que só se sentaram 4 pessoas. E assim ficou, nem um guardanapo foi levado até 10h15, quando saí. Outro ponto é que não oferecem um bebedouro ou similar, só comprando água. Isso fere legislação, pois hotéis são obrigados a disponibilizar água aos clientes..
