This property offers a large private front deck adjacent to the Woodlands Golf Course and a lovely private backyard with peaceful water features, and a large patio to enjoy outdoor grilling & dining with family and friends

The house is a short walk to Fort Rock Park, a quick walk to the playground, basketball, baseball field, sand volleyball court, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The kitchen is well stocked with Cookware, Utensils, Spices, Basic Condiments, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Toaster, Microwave, Blender, Large Dining Room Table.

Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Discovery +, Paramount +, Peacock, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and High-Speed WiFi. Sign in to your apps, plug in your phone or computer. Remember to bring adapters. Includes an office desk, DVD Player, and stereo.

This spacious 2,900 SF two-story custom home is surrounded by pine trees and sunshine. Vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and lots of windows make this home a great space to gather with family and friends.

The large living room comes with rocker-recliners, a gas fireplace upstairs, and a cozy family room downstairs with a gas fireplace, Queen Murphy Bed and a TV w/DVD player for the kids to watch movies. Washer and Dryer, Central A/C provides rest and comfort after long summer days on the golf course, biking or paddling on the river.

Large double garage with Pickle Ball Set, Corn Hole, 8+ Bikes, Tag Along Bike, Bike trailer-(fits 2 toddlers), Baby Stroller and 2 Flatwater Kayaks. Guests provide helmets. There are plenty of books, board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your enjoyment. For the little ones, there are toys, a booster seat, pack ‘n play, and a safety gate.

This home was one of the best rentals I've ever stayed. Spacious, clean, everything in working order. For meals, just bring food, the kitchen has all the spices and oils most everyone has at home. I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen. The bikes are awesome and save on rentals. There are strider bikes for kids as well as a toddler trailer. I'd love to stay here again for

Loved our stay!

This house comes exactly as described! Clean, spacious and perfect location. We stayed with our two adult daughters, their spouses and our grandchildren and had a great time! Our only downside had nothing to do with the rental property. The sun just didn’t want to cooperate for our stay! In spite of the cooler June temps, we still swam at SHARC and enjoyed it!

Spacious, comfortable house in quiet end of Sunriver

Our family group of 4 adults enjoyed this house. Plenty of room to spread out, lovely areas inside and outside to relax. High quality linens and towels, comfortable beds (no bunks or twins) fully equipped kitchen. Landscaping and flower pots also lovely. A doe and her twin fawns visited often, an extra treat. Highly recommended

Wonderful Wedding Trip

Great Week with the Family!

Would absolutely recommend this beautiful house - and we're already dreaming of going back soon! Great location in Sunriver, and the house is beautiful - loads of windows and sunlight, and stocked with everything you could ever want! We had such a great week in Sunriver with our family, and can't wait to go back again soon! The house had loads of open space for gathering for meals or to relax on the couches to watch a movie. We loved the heated garage - which made early mornings to ski at bachelor so much easier!

Perfect house with lots of amenities!

We had a fabulous stay at this great Sunriver home! It has all the extras that make a home vacation rental even better - lots of bikes, games, well stocked kitchen, etc. Only recommendation I would give is to change out one of the couches in the lower level to be a sleeper sofa.

Great house with great hosts

Our family loved staying in Sunriver. The house was clean and so well stocked. It’s a beautiful home on a quiet street with tons of bikes, kayaks, and kitchen equipment. We hope to stay there again. The only thing I would change if it were my home would be to put shades on the glass doors from the master bedroom into the living room. However, I’m super sensitive to light when sleeping so most people probably wouldn’t mind.

Beautiful home

This home was spacious and well equipped with everything you’d need for a short getaway. We love cooking and enjoyed having all the kitchen utensils and other amenities and cozying up by the fire in the evening. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice place, location and super well equipped with owner touches

Really nice layout, kitchen well stocked. FYI, used BBQ and had to go to 2nd gas tank. Also, back deck off Master/Living it looks like maybe previous renter used snow shovel (?) and took small piece of wood sliver from deck boards. The piece was laying on table. Anyway, thanks for sharing you’re lovely SR house. We owned a 5bd 5 bath property for several years and did rent it out also and not easy to get the right balance of owner personal touches with functionality and everything needed. This is our 5th year in Sunriver for New Years. 5th house we have rented. BEST WE HAVE STAYED AT!

Beautiful, very clean, perfect for a couple families to come together. 2 separate living rooms is very nice. My only critique would be Sharc passes. Every other house has had them included. Besides that it was a wonderful experience.
