The Space:

Welcome to Bend Riverside Unit 203, which we've nicknamed "Juniper Ascending"! The owners are in the process of making this fantastic unit wheelchair accessible, so some exciting updates are underway. Please note that the photos might vary slightly as these improvements take shape.



It features a brand new comfy queen bed, a glass sliding door that opens up onto a grassy patio where you can lay out on the lawn and take in the Deschutes River racing by. You're right on the edge of downtown Bend, in the heart of Central Oregon and juniper forests.



Just about every inch of Unit 203 has been updated. The owners put in hardwood floor, remodeled their kitchen and updated all the appliances. The full kitchen features a range oven, microwave, refrigerator and stove top. Cookware and dishes are included. The bathroom features a walk-in shower that is tiled and luxurious.



We are right next to Pioneer Park and just a short walk to countless restaurants, pubs and boutiques. We also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub, so don't forget to bring your swimsuits!



This unit is also pet friendly so feel free to bring up to two furry friends for a one-time pet fee of $69. We look forward to hosting you!



Guest Access:

The studio comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
