The breakfast buffet was great. I feel like it would satisfy many different tastes and preferences. I did not expect the lack of ventilation in the room. It was very stuffy. I asked about that and was told by the desk attendant that there was a fan in the room. There was not. Was told that one would be put in the room, but it never happened.

Hotel Lützow was a near-perfect location to wrap up my daughter's and my two-week road trip in central-Europe. It is a ten-minute walk from a Sixt rental return location, fifteen minutes from dining and shopping options, one or two blocks from Bus 200 (runs every fifteen minutes) to go to central Berlin, has a wonderful bakery just around the corner, and a Steinway piano store next door. We found street parking in front of the hotel so we could check in and drop off our luggage before turning in our rental car. The front desk clerk was very helpful with information for where to go for dinner and how to get to the airport using a bus and the airport express train when we departed. The room was clean and comfortable, with more space being made available by a bunkbed rather than two twin/single beds. My daughter called dibs on the upper bunk. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Good offer for adorable price

Very quiet hotel and cosy room… even during the huge festival in the neighborhood. Nice staff, friendly service, comfortable bed. Cooking kit is provided. No AC, but it wasn’t hot. Very close to famous park, department store and other tourist and party locations.

An OK hotel in need of maintenance and cleaning.

The hotel is OK, and so it's the room. It could do with a bit of maintenance, as I had to fix / re-attached the shower screen plastic items on the side as those parts were out of place. The toilet was smelly and in need of having some toilet gel put in it or even better some bleach. The trash bin was also kind of dismounted and I had to put it together. An OK hotel in need of maintenance and better cleaning.

It was very clean. They cleaned and changed towels everyday. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant closes very early which was a bit of an inconvenience but also plenty of cafes I. The area. Very accessible to public transport within a couple of minutes

Great location, close to transport and Tiergarten. Great apartment with everything you need and very friendly and helpful staff. My son loved the little sweets at reception - nice touch. Would stay again.

The hotel is situated in a great area. The hotel is in a quiet street away from the city noise, but the transit connections are amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items.

Very good

Well located and good value for money. Room was quiet and clean. Although wi-fi is available free to all guests, it is not very reliable. The beds were fine, but the pillows were very thin. Overall a good stay that suited us.

Definitely not a 3-star stay. Greeted by a rude receptionist when we arrived. Had several parts of the bathroom fall apart while in use. The bunk beds appeared to have been built from a cheap flat-pack, and the mattresses were hard. It was incredibly hot, with only one desk fan available for the room which appeared to be filled with rubbish somehow.

Nice hotel near the zoo.

Hotel is nice, comfortable bed, decent shower and the breakfast is good. Only issue we had was the fact the hotel is not air conditioned (and it got up to 38 degrees while we were there)!!
