Brilliant hotel and location, only Let down by the bar staff, Regina especially. They didn’t have time to make cocktails, but we still placed our order, 50 minutes later still nothing and she did her best to ignore us. Very poor customer service and it’s not the guests fault if they are under staffed?

Well located and met quality expectations. No option offered for room not to be serviced daily which we found unusual. In room safe was prehistoric - credit card needed to secure which was impossible to operate due to how safe is installed (probably not a problem for most, who carries cash anymore?). Yummy candy to get us through the day.

We came to Berlin for the marathon and loved staying at the NH Collection Berlin! It was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options! I wish I had known the breakfast was so good so that I could have purchased breakfast when I booked the room. The location is also perfect (centrally located) with a train stop right across the street and so much within walking distance.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location.

Large modern room. Quiet despite being on a busy road. Very convenient location close to train station and in walking distance of many sights. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but plenty of options nearby. Pleasant staff.

This hotel is just across from a main train station and easily walkable to major attractions. Despite its central location it was very quiet in our 7th floor room.
