Perfect hotel for a romantic city break. Great location close to the main station and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Great value for money, including a fabulous breakfast. Wonderful staff, would definitely stay again.

Really lovely stay here. I'm very picky about beds and especially pillows and I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. Yes the double bed is 2 mattresses joined together but I'm used to a big bed at home and this means collectively the bed is much bigger than a double. I slept really well, which is unusual for me! The view from the suite was impressive and complimentary water appreciated after long days. Very handy location, we chose to walk along the river Spree to the Gate and other attractions just to take in the sights but the train could not be handier. From the airport it's a straight shot to Berlin central station hbf, the hotel it right outside. Quick note if you fancy a nice bottle to bring up to the room navigate to a Hit supermarket, fabulous selection and V cheap.

Between the non-functional bathroom with a self-flushing toilette that scalds you while you take a shower, the elevators that move at a snail’s pace, and the mystery charges on my credit card after the fact, I’ll not be staying in another property owned by this company. Where I come from, we’d call this type of place ‘putting lipstick on a pig.’

Too old for the reputation. The staff is not friendly, and the breakfast menu is not great. The room is not comfortable and warm. But the price is too high, including the city tax. Study how other hotels in the neighborhood operate. It's not very cost-effective. I'm even more angry because I stayed for five nights. I wanted to pay this price and get more friendly service. What a disappointing place.

Lovely hotel close to the train station. I loved the breakfast and sauna room. The sauna room is non-textile so you will have to be nude. We were initally given a twin bed however the reception quickly rectified the situation and gave us a double bed with upgrades. Great service and will definitely come back.

The room was very large, top notch. High ceiling. Coffee machine was Nespresso, excellent. Huge bed. Many comfy pillows, important for us as we arrived transatlantic and had to catch up on sleep. Bathroom was large and superb. Shower had rain head and hose spritzer - great. Shower large enough for two ;) Separate lighted mirror for makeup/shaving. Large TV, with multiple language stations. Strange but comfy lounge chair. Location next to main train station ideal for an early getaway. Yummy cucumber water in lobby. Staff very pleasant.

It’s very near to the Berlin HBF and the cube, thus there are tons of food options, groceries and also convenient to travel via train. The hop on and off buses are also located outside of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good.
