Leider ist die Heizung während des Aufenthaltes ausgefallen, was ein Verweilen an der Bar nicht angenehm gestaltete. Abgesehen davon, war der Barman froh, wenn er keine Getränke herausgeben musste, da ihn der Job wohl überforderte. Das Zimmer war glücklicherweise geheizt. Vom ganzen Team war lediglich eine Person, Irina, sehr freundlich! Bei der Zahlung herrschte ein Chaos, wurde einfach abgebucht, obwohl anders vereinbart und aufgrund von Falschaussagen des Hotels entstand ein Chaos, Umtriebe und Unkosten. Eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen, doch diese fiel aus. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, jedoch in einem schmutzigen und dubiosen Viertel. Ein Pluspunkt für das Hotel ist das erstklassige Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir haben in Ihrem Hotel über Jahre häufig übernachtet. Diesmal waren wir enttäuscht. Das Innenraumbad war weder be- noch entlüftet und war deswegen unerträglich stickig. Zahnputzgläser waren nicht sauber, Abfallbehälter im Bad nicht entleert. Das Rezeptionspersonal war jedoch sehr freundlich. Warum dort jedoch nur eine Person eingesetzt war für Empfang, Verabschiedung und Service mit Getränken, das bleibt leider unerklärlich.

Großes Zimmer, schöne Badlösung.Gemütlich.ein interessanter Eingang,Aussenplätze bei gutem Wetter. Mein Zimmer war ein klein wenig hellhörig..ev.war es der Fahrstuhl?

Schönes Ambiente - tolles Personal

Pros: s.o.
Cons: nein, alles wunderbar
Location: Besonders die Nähe zur U-Bahn macht es sehr reizvoll.
Personal sehr aufmerksam, ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Anschluß zum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr nah, gutes und günstiges Frühstück (9,90). Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

-optisch schönes Hotel - gute Lage - Zimmer ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig - für 4 Sterne erwartet man mehr - verbesserungswürdig - etwas zu teuer

Spacious butdark and no air conditioning.

The room was spacious and clean and staff was kind. There are few things I wish the hotel will correct. -The room was dark. The only lights were night lamps and desk lamp. There was no light in the ceiling so in the evening we had to keep the bathroom door open to get some light into the room. - Air conditioning would be nice - wifi passwords is not given automatically and you have to down to desk to ask them - the room has safety box, but you have to ask for the key and pick it up from the desk - there is no shampoo or conditioner or toothpaste in the room. Only hand soup and shower gel. - double bed was not double but twin put together - the location is near to nordkreuz so it is not in the centre. I got fooled by the name "mitte". - we did not find free tea or coffee in the lobby as they advertize and the papers we found were only in German

Kultur

Berlin ist einfach eine tolle Stadt. Wir haben in dieser kurzen Zeit viel gesehen und nur positive Erinnerungen im Gepäck. Wir werden noch öfters Berlin besuchen, den es gibt noch genügend Sehenswertes.
