​I am writing to provide detailed feedback regarding my recent stay at your property on October 31st - November 2nd. While the overall stay was functional, several key issues related to basic services and advertised amenities resulted in a disappointing experience that was not commensurate with the rate charged. ​I encountered significant disruptions across three core areas: ​ Upon arrival, I attempted to utilize room service from Darcy’s Kitchen, as the information available suggested, only to be informed that this service is not offered at this location. This inconsistency between advertised services and availability is misleading. ​ The most disruptive issue was the non functional wi-fi service. Despite attempts to connect, the network would not load, rendering internet access impossible throughout my stay. This failure meant my personal devices, including my Fire Stick, could not be used, and I lost critical access to necessary work and personal communication. ​ The television remote explicitly featured a Netflix button, yet the service was unavailable. This, combined with the lack of working Wi-Fi, meant the in-room entertainment options were severely limited. ​ ​Basic room comfort was also compromised, leading to poor rest. ​The room temperature was persistently hot, and the HVAC system did not adequately cool the space. ​The bedding arrangement was irregular; the Pillow cases contained folded sheets inside of them creating an uncomfortable and bulky surface.

I hate it must stay at this hotel. I ended up leaving early and not completing my stay staff, member is coming in my room without me or my permission to clean my room. Things went missing of items were stolen and I did not appreciate to the point that the police was called. Will never stay again.

The rooms are pretty, and clean. Breakfast is delicious, a nice variety, and associated staff are excellent. All ladies truly care about customer needs. We met Blanca J. on the first morning, and she checked in often on our other 3 mornings. Though many eat especially on the weekends, the staff works hard to clean off tables, and respond to special needs. Evening dinners at the restaurants are delicious too. We brought our senior dog, and there were plenty of areas for walking. The only issue we had was parking in an attached parking garage was $22/ nightly. This cost wasn't disclosed upfront. I didn't understand why so much and not included in the room fee.
