Arrived early morning as expected . Room not ready will phone when ok no call told cases in room they weren’t Breakfast was poor flies all around food landing on it very limited selection not 4* Had to prebook if you want to use the pool/spa and you have a 1 hour slot ! Paint on wardrobe doors peeling off no anti slip bath mat in bath tub

Personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able, l'hĂŽtel en lui mĂȘme n'est pas terrible, spa trĂšs petit, chambre sans balcon, pour les fumeurs obligĂ© de descendre... MĂ©nage moyen Ă  notre arrivĂ©e des cheveux partout dans la salle de bain, sauna dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e avait un code erreur, pas de gel douche dans les douches... On s' attendais Ă  un petit cadeau de bienvenue de la marque nuxe, dommage, incident de porte avant notre chambre vite rĂ©solu et encore une fois le personnel a rĂ©pondu prĂ©sent heureusement que le personnel est top sa a remontĂ© l'estime du sĂ©jour.

The Grande Tonic was a delight to stay in with great food, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.
