This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. I even took a photo of the label so I could try and buy one back home. There’s a vending machine in the lobby and tea and coffee facilities. The shuttle bus is a people carrier and it’s only a few minutes from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I don’t think I will ever go to Bilbao again but if I do I will definitely be staying here. ♥️
