Very Niice hotel

Hotel was very nice, clean, the staff were very helpful and it is ideally situated. The only downfall was the WiFi which I have used in the past was very poor and should be free for all users rather than having to sign in every time or pay for a better service.

Superb hotel in Bilbao

Excellent quality hotel, wonderful staff especially the batman. Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Guggenheim 5 mins walk as is bus to airport. My 2nd visit to thishotel

Good, well run hotel, well located

Good check in. Free wifi. Good breakfast. Good food. Good comfortable room with large bathroom. All clean and well run. Located walking distance of all Bilbao sites of interest. Efficient checkout.

An ideal Position to see Bilbao

Staff were welcoming and helpful. We were at the back, which was quiet but you have to go down some steps to get to the lift! Clean and compact room. BilbaoGreeters were terific and I hope they can work with the hotel. Go to their website and arrange a meeting. Can walk to Museum and Old Rioja Building.

Great central hotel for city break

Really comfortable 4* hotel in central city position giving easy walking access to all main attractions. Situated in quiet part of town so no noise in evening. Large room and bathroom all clean with free wifi. We stayed to attend BBK festival and was excellent base. No problem with our return in early hours of morning and no disturbance when we slept late the following day. 15 min walk to fabulous Guggenheim museum and river walk ways. Excellent food in bars and restaurants.

Nice Hotel in a good area of the city. Most points of interesst could be reached by foot from the hotel. Bathrooms were well maintained, but starting to become "oldfashioned".
