The staff at the hotel desk were incredibly helpful. We were on Spain and did not speak Spanish. They had excellent English and so helped organize several outings and restaurants for us. Great location, close to restaurants, old town and Guggenheim Museum.

Hotel is nice and new and staff were nice. Had requested twin beds but given a double which wasn’t ideal. Room temperature was very hot and the air con wasn’t working properly despite highlighting it twice to the staff

The hotel is in an excellent location however there is not enough staff especially in the restaurant. It staff during the breakfast buffet work very hard but unfortunately there’s not enough of them so guests are left waiting for a table, to order and parts of the buffet are empty/take a while to be refilled. The breakfast buffet is very basic, I’d expect a lot more options from a 5* hotel. The bedroom although nicely decorated was exceptionally hot as the air con kept cutting out. We were on the 6th floor with a baby and could hear the 7th floor rooftop bar music until 11.30pm which was very disruptive as we sleep early and wake up early. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Ubicación excelente , la suite que nos dieron lujuriosa y el personal todo una maravilla , simpáticos , serviciales , gracias a la genia de Alessandra , jon , yundray , y pablo .
