Wohlfühlen plus

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir nun das Hotel am Meer gebucht. Es ist in Binz auch weiterhin unser Favorit. Freundlicher Empfang, schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber. Die Lage natürlich optimal, da direkt an der Strandpromenade. Nur wenige Meter bis zur "City "und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Wer da was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Allerdings wird es erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten. Für uns als Frühaufsteher war es schon echt spät. Allerdings sehe ich das in keinster Weise als Minuspunkt. Denn für meine Gewohnheiten kann ja das Hotel nichts zu.Das Wellnessangebot haben wir diesmal nicht in Anspruch genommen.,doch wird es ganz sicher auch noch genauso gut sein wie beim letzten Mal. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet und kann ab 8 Uhr genutzt werden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel jedem ans Herz legen.

Fantastiskt hotell

HAM är ett jättefint hotell precis på stranden. Nyrenoverat och fräscht med ett fint spa som ingick i priset. Frukosten innehöll allt man önskade och rummet var tyst trots att strandpromenaden gick precis utanför. Kan klart rekommenderas.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Das Restaurant hat eine exzellente Küche. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend, mitunter wird es allerdings ein bisschen eng, vor allem im Bad.

Das Waschbecken im Bad ist viel zu klein, da kann man nicht einmal ein Paar Socken richtig auswaschen, habe ich im Hotel bereits direkt vorgetragen. Frühstück ist Verbesserungswürdig, Brötchen schmecken wie Pappe, Wurstaufschnitt wie von Lidl, kein richtiger Obstsalat, nur Melonenstücken. Aber insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen auch von der Lage her. Personal absolut top!

Nie mehr wieder! Zimmer eine Frechheit!

Wir hatten ein 40 Quadratmeter Zimmer bestätigt bekommen, bekamen aber ein winziges Kämmerchen, in dem man über eine Art Hühnerleiter in eine Betthöhle über dem Eingang krabbeln musste. Mein Mann schlief auf dem Sofa! Es wurde behauptet, wir hätten das schlechte Zimmer bestellt und den Ausdruck manipuliert!!!! Der Preis war jedoch für ein besseres Zimmer, von denen allerdings alle belegt waren! Am zweiten Tag zogen wir um in ein anderes Zimmer, höchstens 20 Quadratmeter, eng, unpraktisch (z.B. musste man den Tisch zur Seite rücken, um auf den Balkon zu gelangen) und unmittelbarer neben einer Klimaanlage(?), die die ganze Nacht über immer wieder anging und laut brummte. Abends bekamen wir keinen Tisch, obwohl das halbe Lokal leer war - und blieb. Personal an der Rezeption äußerst unfreundlich!

Alles sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Das gesamte Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Spa-Bereich ist super. Die Unterbringung für Fahrräder ist stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder das Hotel buchen.
