The tub felt like you were about to fall through the bottom. They also had a crack between the bathroom door and the door frame that you were able to see through. Water stains all over the ceiling. The sofa bed had mildew spots under the mattress that we saw upon unfolding the bed. The headboard for the queen bed fell off the wall when we went to lie down and we had to hook it back. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
