Beautiful Service

Tyson was so courteous, polite and went above and beyond for me (+2 guests all over 65 y.o.) He went(ran) across the street to get the license number from the car because we didn’t have a clue and we were dead dog tired. He was patient, empathetic and kind. A Beautiful Human being. He made you and your Company stand out!!! He truly Blessed me and my attitude about young people!

Great night's sleep.

Staff was super, bed was glorious. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool area didn't look inviting. All in all, the room was clean and we slept well. Good location and it was quieter then i expected (we were on the first floor).

Lots of Problems

The renovated room was great but the rest of it was not great. The spa was out of service. The outrageous price for parking was unacceptable and unadvertised! You must use a 3rd party app to pay for parking and risk exposing your credit card info! For that hassle and cost alone is reason not to return ever. To pay $23 for breakfast is not worth it either. The noise of downtown Bloomington is ridiculous, do the police actually work? Constant racing until 1 AM.

Very pleasant 2 night stay. Front desk was wonderful! Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the construction crew on top of my head at 800 am in the morning 😑 Called front desk and they stopped it for 45 mts but then the racket started again. Except for this, very nice location close to downtown Bloomington and very friendly front desk. Thank you!
