Staff was very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have free coffee in mornings in breakfast room. Noisy street and construction site across street not ideal but otherwise a fairly convenient location.

The room was clean, but spots on the bathroom floor, which might have been stained tile. The staff was okay but not friendly, at least the two gentlemen I dealt with. A young lady helping others was much more personable. A bit annoyed that even as a Bonvoy rewards member, they wanted to charge for breakfast. I asked for a later checkout time to shower after the bike ride I was in town for (2,000+ cyclists and families) and was only offered an extra 1/2 hour. The worst issue was the street noise. We were on the College Avenue side of the hotel, and it was incessant road noise. Loud trucks, sirens, and a lot of people hotrodding by.

I’m going to be honest, the hotel was great! The staff and the room were great. It was the area around the hotel. All night long, noisy traffic, cars racing down the road, and not to mention, the emergency vehicles allll night long. My husband and I were woken up each night we stayed at least 4 times due to sirens. We walked to an antique store that is down the road, turned a corner, and there were homeless people, sitting in the alley. I know that’s not the hotels fault, but we felt unsafe due to the homeless on every corner near this hotel, I’m not saying that they were dangerous, but you never know with today’s society.

B-line is right behind the property and it's an easy, 8 minute walk to the heart of Kirkwood Ave. Felt pretty safe at night. They are building the new convention center across the street so the east view at the moment isn't amazing. They were painting the windows during our stay and the beep of the cherry-picker was tough and incessant throughout the day. Luckily we tried to be away from our room during the day. At night it was quiet. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Would stay again for the convenient location and price.

Do not stay here! Was not able to check in until the evening vs. 3:00 time because the football team would not check out and then rooms had to be clean. Front desk and manager said ‘too bad’ and did nothing to rectify the situation except give me a free bottle of water. Then, I wanted to work in my room the day of checkout, but there was a ton of wiring construction on the floor above mine that woke me up and was so loud, I got a headache and had to leave the hotel. Again, no remedy.

This property is under construction! Imagine having a late check in of around 1am and hoping to catch sleep till late next day and at 7:30-8am they start drinking right above your ceiling!! You call front desk only to be told they can’t help as they are repairing their alarm systems and this would continue till 3pm!! Nowhere in Expedia or on their website if this repair work mentioned!! He said it’s mentioned on their website, I have screenshots to prove that it isn’t mentioned anywhere! The front desk guy was very rude and arrogant! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
