The staff at this property were wonderful. The hotel was very average. The room we stayed in had a problem with the AC. It cycled on and off every few minutes. The room never held a comfortable temperature and the noise was annoying. The morning breakfast was very good and the common area comfortable and inviting. The best part about this hotel was its excellent location in the downtown area. Very close to everything.

It was an event weekend for the University so the price per night exceeded $800. We never had our room cleaned and no extras seen at other area hotels we have stayed at like bottles of water in the room or snacks in the lobby. Charging an obscene premium rate without any service provided was disappointing.
