The hotel was great eg good staff, clean and comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. My issue was with the extra charge for the Airport Shuttle service which I arranged through the hotel. My flight was held for 1 hour on the runway for Coronavirus checks which meant that we were an hour later than expected. I had messaged the driver upon landing to say that we were being delayed. When we arrived to the hotel, they insisted on a $25,000 extra charge for waiting which I think was unfair and very expensive. The hotel also charged us a large amount for early checkin. After an 11 hour overnight flight and at 6am in the morning, I was too tired to complain. Good hotel but I felt that they took advantage of our situation

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal super hilfsbereit. Wenn Kleinigkeiten nicht so passten, wurde sofort reagiert. Frühstück bestens,kein Problem bei Extrawünschen. Blick aus dem Fenster beeindruckend. Laage bestens für private Erkundungen, gute Busverbindungen in der Nähe. Was will man mehr?
