Pros: The breakfast buffet staff were friendly. Although they did not generally speak English, making it trickier to ask for things, they were all helpful.
Cons: We arrived very late (around 11 pm) and were very tired from a 15-hour flight. We settled into the room before I noticed that the sink had a stuck, dried-out contact lens. I let it go because I just wanted to rest after a very long flight. Next, the air conditioning didn't work. Again, we let it go that night.
It was pretty chilly last week, so we forgot about the air conditioning situation until after two nights. Then we told the front desk that we would be touring from 8 am, so that was the best time to fix the air conditioning. We got back late and tired, and lo and behold, the air conditioning still wasn't fixed.
We had a king-size bed, and boy oh boy, it felt like torture! I thought my back pain was caused by our long trip and touring until my husband suggested we switch sides. The bed was uneven; the side where I slept was sunken, and the springs felt like they were poking my back. I had three sleepless nights, and I dreaded going to bed even though I had a very long, tiring day.
There were no towel-drying racks! There was a tiny hook in the shower. So, there was no way to properly dry towels.
Lastly, the coffee cups are incompatible with the coffee makers, so expect spillage when making coffee.
