Very arrogant front of staff. When requested to give the map of the city, gave a black and white version instead of one which was one with tourist attractions. Breakfast was very very basic, with no options for vegetarians

Good hotel at a great location.

Pros: Nice hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and interesting decor. It's situated in the main shopping street of Bologna, walking distance from most amenities.
Cons: There was some smell (of pastry) in the corridor probably coming from the kitchen.
Location: one of the best locations in Bologna.

Ok Hotel, Great location.

When I stay at a 4* hotel, I expect a bit of luxury and comprehensive facilities. This is a nice boutique city centre hotel with a few quirks. I couldn't get the AC working and my room was an inside one with no view. There is a public car park next to the hotel, but it's tricky to get into and €20 a night. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and for the location, I forgive them all the minor criticisms.

Tre Vecchi - Bologna

This hotel is very well placed. The rooms are very well equipped and chambermaids do a fantastic job. Breakfast is advertised from 7.00 to 10..30am. At 9.00 Saturday & Sunday There was no scrambled egg left and we were told tuto finito A great shame as it spoils a good property.

Horrible experience

This hotel should only have 2 stars. I have never experience such a arrogant, unfriendly and rude staff at the reception Weakness: -Slow and unreliable WiFi connection in the room -New password every 1hours for WiFi (This is 21st century!!!!) -Teensy old elevator -Small breakfast area (very poor breakfast as for 4 star hotel!!) - horrible bathroom- dirty and slow shower - nothing for the money paid (only location) We also have has a bad experience with park. Due to wrong information from the person at the front desk, we had to pay 20 € for a Parking!!! Got a smoking room, even though we requested non-smoking. Got 1 bad even though we requested 2 single beds. Nothing than a worse 4 star hotel service! We are very disappointed with that hotel. Not recommended!! Not for 120€ per night, even 50...

Aamulla hotellilla oli vaikeuksia järjestää taksi lentokentälle, vaikka illalla oli luvattu, että taksi järjestyy. Kohtelu olisi voinut olla kohteliaampaa.

Super Weekend

Super weekend. Hôtel propre, super accueil, super emplacement, le parking privé est proche de l'établissement, hôtel proche des magasins et des restaurants. Super endroit pour faire du shopping! Rien à dire, je vous le conseille.Bologne est une ville extra!!!

Juhannuksen aikaan Bolognassa

Kun matkustaa yksin saa näköjään melkein aina vaatimattoman huoneen: tässä tapauksessa ikkuna antoi suoraan pihakuiluun ja pulut olivat päivittäinen tuttavuuteni. Sänkypaneelin seinästä irtosi pienehkö levy itsestään (liimaukset pettivät), siivoushenkilökunnalle kerroin asiasta, mutta oleskeluaikanani sitä ei korjattu. Muutenkin huone oli kovin kuluneenoloinen ja seinät kupruilivat, kokolattiamatto ei myöskään vaikuttanut puhtaalta. Äänieristys huono. Hotellin sijainti ja aamiainen on ok, aulatilat edustavat, joten niiden suhteen hotellia voin suositella.
