For a 4 star hotel, you did not have the basic things available in your room. For example, I had to call and ask for face towels. Only 1 medium size towel in the room with large towels. You should have 1 small towel, medium and large towels for each guest. I had to ask for tissue. I asked for lotion but none came so I guess not available. The hand soap in the bathroom was almost empty when we arrived on our first day. Had to ask for refill. When asked to clean the room after 2 days, toilet paper was refilled but housekeeping didn't even bother to put it in the roll. Just left 2 toilet paper sitting on the bathroom counter. Very disappointed. Buffet breakfast was horrible. Many choices of carbohydrates (2 rice and potatoes) and processed meats, 3 different types of eggs, no vegetables and only 2 fruits option. I complained to a staff about lack of vegetables. She asked for my room # and told me they will make me stir fried vegetables the next day. Nothing happened of course! For a tropical country, you should have a lot of fruits And vegetable options. Also, we were always waiting for clean glasses. Always never clean glasses for the juice and water. We went to the SPA. Spa bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. It did not feel like a 4 star resort. But I will say that all the staff were very friendly. The resort is beautiful and large with multiple pools. Infinity pool with the private beach was gorgeous. And only a few restaurants open. Not 10.

The breakfast options could be a bit more diverse or have some new items to try. It started to feel repetitive after enjoying the same meals for four days, and a little variety might make mornings more exciting.

Nice resort, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice pools and amenities. Breakfast was very good with different items over four days. Worst part was needing to shuttle from room to the main road every time- and why they have so many speedbumps to make the ride extra painful I'll never know!. The workers were all very nice and friendly.
