The room was very clean! The food was pretty good. The only thing is that I would have liked the two people who were at the counter at the time we checked in to have been kinder, courteous and respectful, his attitude was more disrespectful and arrogant than hers. But fortunately we found more staff who made us feel at ease and obviously much better customer service.

The room was clean and spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Did try to check in early but room wasn't ready and didn't receive any communication when it was ready like we were promised. Also the elevators were consistency having issues and caused long waits the entire stay.

Great stay very courteous. Beautiful clean well appointed room. Able to use my phone to stream movies, safety lock inside. I can’t say enough great things to say. A few minor issues. Never got spelling cider rooms over bar picked up a lot of noise but closes at midnight and housekeeping came through late, door needed checking a a good push before lock caught

Loved my stay! Amazing rooftop, close to everything within walking distance. Definitely busy area but fun! Right on Times Square where the energy and chaos. True NY experience. Room is clean, beautiful and cozy.

The room was very nice and clean. Anytime we needed anything they were very prompt. The location was absolutely amazing. We were close to everything, literally. It was perfect for me and my daughter for her 13th birthday!!

Room (2 double beds) was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. The staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in was easy with no waiting. The roof deck offered some really nice views of the city. The location is very convenient to all forms of transportation. The only slight negative (which cannot be changed) is that the waiting time for the elevator can be more than guests would like since there are only 3 elevators. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and brightly decorated. The room was small and had limited storage. It was nice but too small for us. Will not be staying at the Margaritaville Resort again.

We never had breakfast at the hotel. Room clean. A/C was fine. Probably the most pleasant, friendly and helpful employees at a hotel I have experienced in NYC. Kudos
