Hotel is great with location, cleanliness and over all appeal. Small rooms as expected in NYC. No chair in room to sit while wife gets ready for dinner as most husbands use. Main complaint is with the restaurant staff and management. Charged breakfast to the room the first two mornings as I usually do in a hotel. I checked my bill on the third day and noticed several other charges on my bill to the restaurant. I keep all my receipts and first tried the front desk and they sent me to the restaurant and the the restaurant manager tried to send me back to the front desk. He finally decided to hear me out and I showed him all the evidence and decided to take off the charges. All the receipts have order numbers and servers names so should be easy to see who made the fraudulent charges. He didn't seem too concerned. The following night I ordered an appetizer and a couple of drinks for pickup. Order wasn't ready so no big deal I went over to the bar about 30 feet away. About 20 minutes a man sat down a paper bag and asked for a tip. I asked about receipt so he leaves and brings back a receipt in which they charged me room service prices and delivery fees etc. Called over the same manager and again made it extremely difficult for a rather simple problem. Overall hotel is great but restaurant management needs to be overhauled because they are either careless or in on the scams.

Great stay, rooms are very clean and beautiful. The hotel could not accommodate an additional night stay which was disappointing. Dinning was not as good in the hotel. They were short staffed at both restaurants. Overall stay was great.

Great stay

Great rooms with a perfect location in Times Square. Plenty of choices for eating, drinking, and shopping on property. Rooms have technology built in, with a bonus ceiling fan in our room.
