It was truly annoying to be charged $10 for parking in an open lot. That’s a good reason to go elsewhere. Dumb stealth marketing… This charge was announced to us on check-in. Bad tactic. Hidden fees are disgusting.

Front desk was efficient and friendly and bed was firm. Lighting is poor in the bathroom and very few electrical outlets .... the airconditioning suddenly came on at 2 am... and couldn't turn off the fan... the engineer came up next day and showed us a work around fiddling with a couple of switches. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR.... the hotel was busy and one elevator is not enough. NO Campari or APerol in the hotel bar!!! the coffeemaker in the room only had one decaf packet. shower curtains leak...impossible to keep floor dry. water pressure was good!!! inadequate mirror for makeup and shaving... light was so bad....I know it's a 3 star property but it's not measuring up. I won't be coming back... I was there for my Wellesley reunion... others who stayed there had siimilar gripes... We were a captive clientele but next time I will try Babson conference center that is nearer to the college....

At check in we were told they were shutting off the water at 10 am. We were really looking forward to sleeping in which was not really that late to us because we are from a different time zone. Byt we had to make sure we were up and ready to go eventhough check out is 12. There was no compensation ir apology. Youd think theyd at least iffer you breakfast as a free perk. Bope. Hopefully you dont need to wash your hands or go to the bathroom. Isnt that why we stay at a hitel? Fir luxuries like flushing a toilet? They said just come down and gave breakfast. What a perk, i can go buy my breakfast. Guess what i can purchase a breakfast at any restaurant.
