The made to order omelette was a plus to the breakfast. Room is clean though a bit outdated. A/C in room is noisy, elevators very slow , two out of three not working.

Generally hotel was ok. Bar and bar staff very good, reception staff good, maids good. Breakfast very average, lack of re-stocking of various items left little choice. Parking however was a problem for me at $15 per night! Fair enough being charged if not staying at the hotel, but paying on top of your hotel bill is a bit too much imo.

The hotel was your usual Embassy Suites however this location really looks to get as much from you as possible. Parking in an unsecured lot 15dollars plus tax each night. Wifi is an added cost per day Last night on a Saturday, the lobby bar was still full for the World Series and they shut down the bar/restaurant at 11pm leaving many guests confused. Similar hotels in the area, are more updated with no hidden fees.

Room was pretty clean besides a gum i found on the carpet and hair from previous guest on the blanket and towels. The breakfast was not edible for the most part. Everything tasted frozen and under cooked. Beautiful hotel with a nice pool, love thw lobby esthetics. I didnt like that they charge $100 extra per night for security deposit, i thought it was for the whole stay. Which means if u stay 5 days they ll charge you $500 extra but will give it back once the stay is finished. Good location, it served its purpose.

We called for extra towels and they never brought them. So we called and they never picked up the phone. Very rude of the staff. They serve the same thing for breakfast and the evening reception. By the third morning I didn’t want the same breakfast choices.

The room was clean and the staff was great. I just have never stayed in a hotel where you had to pay for parking and wifi before. And because of that I will look elsewhere next time.
