If you like beds that look like they’ve been slept in, large stains on your fabric headboards, stained upholstery, splash (of what we you don’t know) covered wallpaper/walls, dirty/hairy baseboards and corners and chipped furniture, this hotel is for you. OTHERWISE, steer clear. Oh, and if you like to go to eat breakfast in a room with tepid coffee, sticky floors, dirty tabletops (all available ones) and room towels on the floors to catch the leaks from various appliances, then this place is definitely for you. OTHERWISE, steer clear. There are plenty of other options in Waltham and they cannot be any worse and some would be much better. Embassy Suites should be ashamed of this location. Inspect inspect inspect!!!! 0/10 UGH

This Embassy Suits motel was really nice, and the staff were great. They had parking, complementary breakfast, a happy hour bar and great rooms. I recommend this stay for everyone. Thanks.

One of the worst stays ever. 1. Bedroom desk lamp does not work 2. Bedroom phone not able to make call to front desk etc. this morning it rang when you called and “unstuck” it 3. Phone chargers by bedside did not accommodate two sets of chargers. Bent my charger using the bedside one due to placement 4. Coffee machine coffee tray missing so could not make coffee 5. Bedroom tv remote missing 6. Shower did not work this morning. Maintenance had to come fix it - got late leaving as a result 7. The room wall is super thing - could hear the person in 816 conversation, laugh etc. Room lacked privacy so we kept fairly quite 8. Mattress/pillows seem old and beat up - one sinks into the mattress and pillows were lumpy. No 8 can be considered personal preference so one can ignore and 1 and 3 may be decided by corporate but the other issues are really difficult to ignore.

Stayed Saturday-Thursday & room was only cleaned with sheets changed only once! We had to ask for towels, t.p., & Kleenex! The ability to keep your car overnight, was hidden charge per night as was the standard in most hotels, web services. These extras brought the cost up to luxury hotel cost. Which it was not. We were definitely not happy with the service or set-up.

I have visited this property many times, the rooms are spacious and include a living room, sofa bed and a second television. FREE PARKING. There is also restaurant and bar in the lobby for guests to unwind. The convenience store in the lobby is very expensive $5 for bottle of water, there are three elevators and the wait is forever. The best part of the buffet breakfast is the Omelette Chef

Nice area. Apparently understaffed. It took an hour to get a blanket. 45 minutes for a shower curtain. Halls were not vacuumed. Just needs a little attention. Not terrible, not great.
