Upon check in we were advised we would be charged $15 a night for parking; not accustomed to pay for parking at a hotel. Our room was fine, but could use a refresh. First hand towel I used was badly worn and had a hole in it; a bottle of water cost $7.00; and we needed maintenence to come by and replace TV remote. The best part of our stay was the breakfast items offered.

Not up to the standards at other Embassy Suites. Breakfast no waffles as advertised. Guy got the omelette wrong both days , toaster wasn’t working correctly. Not allowed to take food to room despite few seats. Very disappointed. Didn’t use wifi , never have I ever had to pay for it! Bathtub stains. Needed a vacuum. Never plan to stay at that location again will stay at the Fairfield.

Suite room was perfect for us who were meeting with our adult daughter as a central point. Pull out sofa was the most comfortable we have ever had. Paying for parking in a suburban area feels unnecessary and being charged for 2 cars each night because it was a central point for meeting our daughter feels excessive. Thanks

Dirty run down hotel. The so-called free breakfast was nothing pretty nasty buffet style with teh usual suspects (fake eggs, generic cereal, lame danishes, hard bagels - and a cook that couldn't fry an egg if you paid him in gold), coffee was ok. Room was pretty nasty and dirty, don't even think of taking your shoes off and walk on that filty carpet. We slept with out clothes on; couldn't check out fast enough. Overall expensive, dirty and run down. Not recommended.

We had a terrific stay while sightseeing in Boston. The staff, particularly Aaron, were attentive and helpful with directions to Fenway Park. The pool was terrific as well!
