Amenities. It was disappointing no more chocolate chip cookies upon check in. The room made a large noise that was disruptive to our quiet enjoyment and sleep all night long. We couldn’t sleep every hour it awoke us. We called for assistance with the couch bed and no one ever came. We couldn’t sit down or use the couch again. No room service is unheard of? Not sure what is going on service wise? We used to stay at this hotel often. I was surprised to find the smaller hot tub pool filled in also? We froze in the breakfast room this morning. It was so cold waiting for my omelette you could see your breath as if you were outside? My coffee kept getting cold and the food. We didn’t realize we needed our jackets to dine in the restaurant? A lot of work needs to be done here. FYI.

Our room was clean and welcoming with a welcome message on our tvs. The pool was warm and clean, only wish there were towels available for us when we got out. The restraint prices and selections were good. Loved the open area for the kids to hand out in

Everything seemed a little odd: Room seemed partially cleaned at check-in, with garbage and used sheets thrown on the floor of the closet. Our double-bed room was given away, although we booked a double room. Woken up at 10pm on the last night of a three night stay asking me to change rooms as they said my room needed “deep cleaning”. Won’t be staying here again.

This was my first visit to the Embassy Suits, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was great, the service was excellent, and everything went perfectly during my stay. My suite was beautiful, and the view along with the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m glad everything went so well and would highly recommend this hotel.
