The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious! I wish there was NO fee to park. I understand a fee if we are in Boston or another major city but Waltham???? Complementary parking would go a long was towards unreserved satisfaction.

The day was fine. It was only for one night however, the food in the evening was not good for the money that you pay for breakfast was good, but I would never eat there again in the evening overall stay nice.

Gross bathroom

The hotel has a stange set up, where the inside is like an outdoor motel. Which causes it to be fairly loud. Was woken up more than once by noise in the "courtyard" area. And the rooms nearby were noisey. There could be more bedding provided, the beds was thin, and nothing extra provided for the pull-out. I didn't notice until the mornig that the bathroom was poorly cleaned from the last guest.

Room was kinda dirty. Only had 1 remote for tvs in 2 different rooms. Coupd not keep my room warm. Furnace would not go over 69 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep while cold.

The bathroom is filthy. Shower wall has dirt in between the grout. There is wet pee behind the toilet, numerous rips on the Shower curtain. The soap that's supposed to be mounted on the wall, fell off and was just sitting on the sink. So many obvious things, I honestly didn't even bother to report it. That's just the bathroom. I'll never ever stay here again. Thank God it's just for one night. The hotel is old, but the lobby looks updated. I hate when they do that. Terrible misrepresentation.

Embassy suites Boston: Waltham ought to be shut d

This property ought to be shuttered. The facility is extremely old and beaten up.,you must stop booking people at the hotel. It is a disgrace. The first week the entire facility was without heat. The common areas were around 52 degrees each day. The front desk is wildly understaffed. Hilton has no right to book people at the hotel. The public health commissioner for Massachusetts is investigating.
