This hotel was close to Boston Logan Airport. We had the opportunity to leave our vehicle there (by paying online, through a different site). Shuttle service was good.

Property is very inflexible for booking and for any changes that might need to be made last minute when booked though Expedia. They also don't allow for registrations in person which is very odd. An airport hotel should be understanding that flights might change and should be a priority to help out customers in the way that is easiest for them after long travels.

Did not see the property, in at midnight out at 6 AM My problem with the receipt said that the bus service stopped at 11:30 and check-in and leave at 12. When I called concerned about that, I was corrected, but it was so difficult to understand what was being said over the phone, I was guessing at the answer. So confusion in accuracy on the receipt, and difficulty with understanding the accents. Otherwise, very adequate.

All the things wrong with this hotel won't fit into the text box. But most importantly, this place is a health hazard. Couldnt stop sneezing the entire stay and my eyes burned from the bleach smell, ended up feeling sick the entire time i was there and had such a headache by the time i checked out that i ended up vomiting from this stay as soon as i got to my car. I was so dizzy upon leaving that i cant hardly recall checking out. This was my first time staying at a hilton brand and i will never stay with hilton again after this. I spent a total of less than 36 hours there and im strongly debating going to the doctor for suspected mold exposure. I regret giving them a single penny for my experience. The only reason i ended up staying was because my headache was so bad that I didnt have the energy to make a complaint in person and didnt want to arrange for another stay elsewhere with such a time restraint. It was horrible beyond belief.
